Scheduling

Do you have any scheduling requests or constraints?

Most content will be scheduled between 9am–7pm on either Saturday or Sunday. If you don't list any constraints, we will assume you are available during these hours.

Session length

Please select your preferred session length. Note that we may need to adjust this based on scheduling constraints.
By default, all talk slots are 25 minutes.
Workshops can run from 50–80 minutes.

Speakers' reception

The speakers' reception is an invite-only dinner and drinks event we hold for speakers and workshop hosts, as well as other select guests. This takes place on-site at the conference venue.

Date: Saturday, 14 February

Time: 7pm to 10pm

Please note that this reception is an invite-only event, and we will not be able to accommodate plus-one requests.
